Oh my Stars! A dose of ‘farm girl love showed up at my door to day.. . and so needed,,,

Long story short, I broke my toe Monday night, and being the stubborn German girl that I am, I refused to go to the doctor’s office, not that they could do anything except x-ray and then ‘buddy wrap’ my toes together,, I finally went to the doctor office Friday morning,, because the swelling was getting bigger.. fast forward… ‘stay off my feet, and elevate my foot’..

But in today’s mail came a spirit lifting package from a very dear mjf gal pal.

My toe still hurts but… I have the biggest grin factor from ear to ear..
Thank you sweetie for lifting my pouty spirits.
Hugz-n-squisches.

Ouchie, Grace! Broken toes are not fun - at ALL! Listen to doctor and stay off your foot and rest! I know - hard to do when you are antsy!

Glad some farmgirl mail arrived just in the nick of time.

Oh no Grace! I am so sorry to hear about your toe. I broke one of mine the day before starting 7th grade. I looked like a dork limping around everywhere lol! I hope it gets feeling better soon. I look forward to seeing all the cool things you make with your new fabric! Have fun.

Grace -- A BYOB sounds like a great idea.
Sorry about your toe. I went to the doctor when a sewing machine jumped out and broke my toe. They don't do anything more than you did. Broken toes apparently don't even rate x-rays. Better just to stay home and kick back in the recliner and catch up on hand sewing and reading.

Oops! Sorry, we have thunder and hail right now, and I wasn’t paying attention to my phone, and hit post by accident…
Fun fabrics to be creative with, and btw… I am thinking of making a “ BYOB” aka, bring your own bag with plate, cup and utensils’ for my group Glamping gatherings meal times.
I see ‘sew’ much crafting fun in my future :)
