Sometimes you just got to pour yourself a cup of tea, breath… and count your blessings.

Enjoying some warm dandelion tea on a cool, overcast afternoon here in Central Oregon. Tea is so good for the soul! And, yes, a great reminder to be grateful for so many blessings (like farmgirl friends)!!

Oh tea is a lovely addition to the afternoon. I like my organic black tea. Helps to clear my mind for the rest of the day when I take a little time to ponder things. Counting my blessings always helps me to have an attitude of gratitude.

Oh Krista,, I so enjoy my teatime...
One of the thins "E" sent me is/was a "Honey Spoon".. I think I will go online to find where I can buy them...
I have bought Honey sticks/straws,, but with the spoon, you can stir the tea better..

The door bell rang, a few minutes ago,,, and lo and behold. There stood our postal carrier with a package for me. To my delight, the package was from a friend of mine in Oklahoma, who sent me some of her teas, so we could have a virtual tea party.
I just got off the phone with her and we’ve decided to have the ginger turmeric tea together …
When friends are far away, it’s good to know you can still have tea with a friend even if it is just virtually.
Enjoy your day. Enjoy your tea. Enjoy your blessings Enjoy your friends.

Grace, I totally agree with you that taking some time to stop our day and just reflect about our blessings and concerns helps us gather hope and gratitude. Thank-you for sharing your tea moment with us and reminding us to try it too.

Grace, You are so right about your statement. We are all so blessed in one way or another. We receive different blessings for each of us. God know what we need and when it is needed.

I’d like to join as well! :) And I’ll take a brownie, Heather! :) It’s so important to be thankful and count our blessings.

Michele, can’t wait to see a picture of the sweet baby. :)

It's lemon ginger for me this afternoon. It helps my tummy when I don't feel well!

Sometimes I take my afternoon teatime for granted and other times, I stop what I am doing and gaze out the window while sipping a lovely cup of tea, sometimes a green tea, sometimes a Tasian and other times a floral scented black tea..... it's all about taking that moment, to breath, and dream...

Stitchinwitch.. notice the cute little mini quilt? hugz

I have some Christmas tea left! Sounds like we're having a farmgirl tea party. I can think of no better way to lift your spirits :) But if you do need a little something extra - I just pulled a batch of brownies out of the oven LOL!

I enjoy my cinnamon spice tea every afternoon, so I will be thinking of all of our farmgirls here when I drink it. It's always a good thing to remember the blessings each day and not lot things get me down.

Good luck with your heifer Michele. Hope the new calf will be healthy and happy when it arrives!

I will join you both but with a cup of coffee this morning. Up early to check on my heifer who is going to calve soon. No baby yet.
She was laying there happily chewing her cud and wondering why I am coming in the barn so early. I have alot to be thankful for.

I'll join you in a cup of tea and blessing counting. Ginger lemon is my choice for tonight. Beautiful cup you have there; love that design.
