The little china cup is really an old one, It came from Richards
Grandmother. What I have in there is little clothespins and they
all have little faces or animal faces on them. Guess they have been around along time too. The little brown like tin in the middle is
a TASHA TUDOR tin. The tin bucket on the left I can't remember
where that came from. Oh and far right, can't see him very good but a black bear. These are all on the shelve above my scrape booking.
I know it must seem like I have a big house but its really a small house. Its just a good thing that Richard was able over the
years to make use of the full basement. I would love to have
a dinning room but we just have a kitchen table. So Thanksgiving
we seat five at a time. But that's ok, I feel very lucky.
I think I had to much coffee.

Nancy Jo I love how you share your treasures with us.

Karen I love the idea of scrapbooking . I have read that when you have to downsize, and can’t bare to part with something sentimental, you should take a picture to remember, then bless someone else with your treasure. So having a scrapbook of all your favorites would be a treasure in itself.

A day hemmed in prayer is less likely to unravel.

My favorite part of your posts, Nancy Jo, is the stories behind them. Have you thought about taking pictures of the things, putting them in a scrapbook and then writing it’s history?

Karen :)

To quote one of my past preschoolers “Not one of those Karens, but a good Karen”! Haha

Your tiny cup is very pretty. You always have such nice things to share and always a story behind it. You have so many wonderful family items.

Beautiful things! We should always surround ourselves with things we love! I have a few tins too. I keep craft supply items in them.

What a group of beautiful things! I love that old mug and style. Really pretty too!! I have a pretty small house too and I don't mind at all. Heaven knows I still manage to have lots of personal things. I just have to be more careful in making sure things have a place so there isn't stuff everywhere.
