Hi Nance,
I have received an email from Gloria (berries) saying she has the journal to send to you. Could you let me know which address you are at at the moment? And how long you will be there. I'll let Gloria know. Thanks so much for being so patient - Gloria has had a lot on at the moment, but will send it as soon as she can.
