Had this book for a long time. It was always at the farm where
I was brought up. It was falling all apart so decided to try and fix it.
Its such an interesting book. Covers so much. History, how
to clean your house. How to cook, how to treat the sick.
THE TITLE IS
PEOPLE'S CYCLOPEDIA
OF UNIVERSAL KNOWLEDGE.
Funny spelling .
3290 pages. very heavy book. copyright 1895.
Anyway was pretty sure I should show you how
the cover came out. There was no way to save it the way
it was.

Heather that book of yours sounds interesting. I wonder to if its a set.
Yes the book I covered was in pretty bad shape, it was fun covering up the old one.
To bad it had to be done.

That is a lovely way to save a book!
Aren't the old ones so interesting? I've always been drawn to old books. I'd love to save them all if I could.

Heather, whoa the price tag on that one!

Nancy Jo, that would be an interesting book to flip through. I bet the section on treating the sick is way different from what we do now. I love your updated cover. It’s so fun.
