Posted - Apr 06 2007 : 07:47:20 AM Today I posted a picture of what I call my Yellow quilt, thought that Was good for Easter. It was made by a lady in South Carolina when she was in her 90's. Hand stitched too. Also posted my new craft, GLITTERED EGGS, blew them out, thought they came out pretty good. Might do some more later and add some other decor.

Posted - Apr 06 2007 : 8:26:32 PM The quilts are lovely Nancy. I think the Redwork is my favorite! You have so many nice family things! You crafty girl...do your cheeks hurt from all that egg blowing? I saw a woman on "That's Clever" today who had a little hand held pump to blow out the egg's "guts". I was thinking I might be more inclined to try it if I had one of those. Haha! A very pretty project indeed Nancy! Rhonda

Posted - Apr 06 2007 : 2:50:53 PM I really liked doing the eggs, I thought it would be hard, but it was a lot of fun, and they came out so nice. Just white glue, and glitter. NANCY JO

Posted - Apr 06 2007 : 11:13:34 AM Your eggs look very pretty & I love the quilt. My 3.5 year old son is a little too enthusiastic with Easter eggs, so I'll have to wait a few years before we can use blown ones. The dress hoops you have remind me of the one my mother wore under her wedding gown in 1957. Several of my cousins have borrowed it since then for their dresses too.
