Posted - Feb 24 2007 : 4:34:04 PM That people at work have been accepting of my new puppy.
It's been a real joy being able to take Jasmine out at lunch and have so many others come up to greet us. Nothing like a little mid day therapy!

Posted - Feb 24 2007 : 3:22:36 PM That my client and friend has chosen my farm to be her mare's forever home, and me to be her forever owner. This is the dam of my Friesian colt, and she should be arriving on Tuesday evening.

I have wonderful family, terrific friends, great hearted animals, and am very, very blessed. |

Posted - Feb 24 2007 : 08:52:48 AM The changes we have made . . . which include 27 pigs! But I feel like we are giving our kids a better life . . . new school, 4-H and a taste of hardwork. Life is far from perfect, but these are choices that were good for us. Now, if I could just ad a fulltime maid to this scenerio! LOL!

Posted - Feb 23 2007 : 6:19:26 PM Just tonight my Hisband FINALLY decided to apply for the elementary principal job that is opening at our school. I think he would be perfect for the job but he has been a little afraid so has held off. He is in the other room typing up his resume as we speak.

Posted - Feb 23 2007 : 6:06:07 PM It's a little early to be asking this... but so far:
Finding my neato keen hoosier cabinet.
Being able to afford to set my mom up with an imac G3 with os X, so she can now join me in the modern world. :) She's looking forward to emailing the girls and chatting with E on IM.
And finally being given my baby book which has been a 15 year argument. "You have them I gave them to you", "No mom you didn't you have them." "No I packed them in a box of dolls." "No mom..." lol. I cried. It affected me so. I hadn't had any pics of my grandpa except for those. And one of them is me in the yard at about two wearing a farmgirl bonnet - just too precious. :)
