Posted - Feb 21 2007 : 08:10:24 AM I don't know if any of you ever see the comic Pickles. It is about an older couple and sometimes pretty true. Todays was about two old gents talking and one says "have you made arrangements for your final resting place?" and the other says "I'm hoping to have my ashes scattered in the fabric store and that way my wife will come and visit me." Funny!! Are we that bad? MB

Posted - Feb 22 2007 : 12:05:33 PM Yep. I cut it out for my DH. When my daughter, 31, was little, she'd wail, "Ma, not another fabric store!" when we went shopping!

Posted - Feb 21 2007 : 4:06:23 PM I love that comic. I only get the paper on Saturdays and Sundays. I would like to read more of them. That was funny about the ashes. Ha. Pinkroses |
