My friend Jim, who I've been with and am madly in love with for the last five years, is going for back surgery this Tuesday the 13th. I would very much appreciate, as would he, if my farmgirl friends would please lift him and the neurosurgeons up in prayer. We're praying for a full and speedy recovery. This is his THIRD back surgery, so I'm praying for a total healing. I've been so stressed. It's hard to watch someone go through this. They thought he would need a fusion, but now they say he won't. Thank God for that. I told him he'll do anything to get out of Valentine's day. Thank you everyone, your prayers are very much appreciated.

Sending prayers out for you and Jim, both. May God richly bless you. Lamamama, if you are reading this, please contact me somehow, if you care to. I see you don't have an email address available, and that's okay. My ph. # is 515-262-7136 I can't get to the computer a lot, so I won't know where you would leave a msg, as I don't follow up all my posts. Thanks. Farm sis Lucy signing off.

May the good Lord take a likin' to ya!

You ladies are all so wonderful. I appreciate you so much. Thank you for all your prayers and good wishes. I printed out these replys and showed them to Jim. He was so touched by all the caring of people he doesn't even know. He said several times how much it meant to him that you would do this for him. I gave him the printouts to take along to the hospital and told him he has more people praying for him than he knows. Once again, thank you all. I'll let you know how things turn out. I will pray for all of you because of your kindness.
