Posted - Jun 05 2017 : 12:17:43 PM While thumbing through some old magazines,,, I came across a sweet tribute by Erin Benzakein, of 'Floret'. Erin resides in Mt Vernon, WA. (Victoria magazine, Jan/Feb 2009) Beth spoke about how it was the advice from Maryjane that encouraged her to get into the organic flower business. as Erin said, "I heeded the advice of organic guru, Maryjane Butters, who suggested that rather than branding a logo or name, I brand myself",... Erin also said, "I must confess that when I adopted her approach, Floret (her company) suddenly exploded! Don't be afraid to fail.
What great bit of wisdom... and encouragement...
How koolieo is that???

so I would rather have 50% of something (even failure)then 100% of nothing,, because at least I made an attempt!

Posted - Jun 10 2017 : 12:17:03 PM I love the idea of not being afraid to fail, but so many people are anymore. The world always looks to the person next to them and feels that what the other person does is better so why try. You never know until you try, right?
