Thank you Ronna for the sour dough starter. I am now creating my first loaf of bread, it is in the oven as I type this. Thanks so very much!

You are very welcome. Use it for other foods too, like biscuits, pancakes, waffles, quick breads. Unless someone just does not like the flavor, it will add a new dimension to many recipes.
For most recipes, I just add a half cup or so, the breads and batters are about the same consistency as what you're making anyway.

You go Tina! I threw out my other starter that I had bought after my dog ate my first one. Ronna sent me her starter and it is POTENT. Everyone can tell the difference between hers and my other King Arthur, although satisfactory, I just preferred the flavor of Ronna's............... My bread is getting a little too fluffy lately, I should probably back off on my rising! jo
