On my to do list is to go through my cedar chest. Lots of stuff in there. Probably a blog extravaganza. I keep putting it off because I am a pretty happy person and it will probably make me sad. You know reading all the letters my Grandparents wrote me when I was at summer camp with news at what was going on at the farm, like one of the barn cats got caught in the hay mower but seems to be doing fine with three legs. Then lots of things I have kept over the years. But its been on my mind, plus I think there are some things in there that I should maybe have out and not keep hidden away. ok I must have had to much coffee AGAIN because this is getting long.

Oh my Nancy... I hope you don't find the 3 legged cat in there! Don't you just love the "newsworthy" things folks used to put into letters? So funny! But what fun-even if a teeny bit sad-to revisit all those people and places. I bet you will enjoy yourself.

I know what you mean.
we are in the process of planning and building our retirement home.
I have to do some more de-cluttering, and getting rid of.
I have a lot of things my decasd Grandmother and my Mom ( still living, thank goodness).
a lot of these things holds special memories.
I just can't seem to part with them. pinkroses
