Heading down to the Nashville/Franklin area in the next couple of days to spend a week with our youngest. There must be a guzzillion restaurants in the area to choose from.

We will also be visiting several Civil War points of interests including Belle Meade and the Carnton Plantation.

Any Farmgirls from the Nashville/Franklin area with recommendations would be greatly appreciated!

I don't really care to dine in a hoity-toity atmosphere but would like to explore places where the 'locals' go.

Thanks ladies!

Melody

My sis lives in that area....uh, Bluebird Cafe? I think that's the name. Super popular with tourists and locals.
