Hey there, Dutchy - Of course I remember you. I went away for awhile, too. I still come and go, but haven't been quite as active as when we were all on, all the time!! Welcome back!

Thanks girls. Mrs Doolittle it could have been me lol... Ceejay wow I DO remember that swap, had fun making those slippers.

Brother is still very tired and nauseous... has to visit the hospital a lot but we're trying to stay as positive about it as we can (which isn't easy)

All is good here, very hot (105 /107 F most days now) and living life at a slow pace. Just do what needs to be done and for the rest... relax. Special person and I make a lovely motortrip once in a while, visit a beautiful waterfal or interesting temple, have a nice lunch or dinner.... just enjoy eachothers company .

Templecomplex we visited last week in the *bleeping* heat

During our 5 day motortour we visited beautiful sites like this cave... breathtaking!

Maybe on a later date I might post a few more photo's but for now these 2 will have to do

Dutchy,
I was sorting through my sock drawer just yesterday and came across the one remaining pink slipper you crocheted for me in a swap we did some time ago. Made me smile as it's on the heels of your post here!

Nice to see some of you remember me :D

I am doing great, still live in Thailand. Found a very special person here...... so am happy. Riding my bike almost daily and on the back of a motorbike too which I just love! Been on a 5 day motortour with the special person and his family... been touring through the mountains, sleeping in smallish guesthouses along the way. Seeing the most beautiful areas and scenery. It has been the best vacation for us since the previous one ;)

Not that fond of pink anymore, grown up I think lol. My brother is not doing well unfortunately but still hope for the best.

Still do some crochet in the colder months....... not as much as I used to though... not enough hours in the day I guess. Sometimes I take the taxi to the nearest big town, visit the market and just have a look around, taste some yum food or just enjoy myself for a few hrs and then back home again. Living the good life I guess
