Posted - Sep 28 2015 : 12:29:00 PM Great shot! We watched it from the driveway, about half way up so we could see past the trees. It was amazing. My dd will be my age when it comes again. :(
It was a fun family memory, though we giggled as we felt it was so quiet and the moon so eerie, that it was like being in a zombie movie, lol! What a laugh we had. It was an amazing moon, a historical event, and something that, even for a small time, brought the world together.
Farmgirl Hugs, Nicole
PS Annika! Where have you been? Missed you!!!!!! :)

Posted - Sep 28 2015 : 08:26:42 AM Mary Beth...Gorgeous Shot!
About an Hour before it was suppose to happen we got all hazed over and couldn't see a thing.
Then about 2 hours later it cleared off and the Moon was really bright and visible. Made me mad! We were suppose to have really clear skies for the Eclipse according to the Weather People.
Blessings, Peggy

Posted - Sep 28 2015 : 06:32:01 AM We viewed the eclipse here in the Great North Woods of the Upper Peninsula of Michigan....thought at first we wouldn't be able to see it because of the lights here in town but there she was in all her glory high above the Bay of Green Bay.
Spectacular!
