now that I have your attention... lol! I have to tell you,,, the "Hanky Panky" article on page 13 of the MJF magazine is just to cute...
I use to photo copy hankies with a white center,,, and then use the photo copy as stationary... it was so sweet,,, but in all honesty,, I haven't done any in several years,,, so I think I will dig through my boxes of hankies and find the perfect one to copy and then use it as stationary and write a sweet letter to my dear friend back in Tulsa, OK... Thanx MJF.... for reminding me to get into some Hanky Panky...

Posted - Sep 25 2015 : 2:09:50 PM fold in half....(because of the design, I folded it length wise...
 then fold in 1/2 again...
instant sweet note card or gift tag...
If you have a hanky that has a border print, where the center is plain,, this gives you a better 'writing area'.. or you can just print 1/2 of the hanky so that when you fold it,,, the inside will be blank. No matter, they are super cute!

Posted - Sep 25 2015 : 1:53:36 PM I'm always disappointed in the stationery section of the store. Photocopying my hankies (I have hundreds by now) is brilliant! Thanks for the idea.

Posted - Sep 22 2015 : 08:39:55 AM PeggyAnn,,, me too! unless they are damaged I just hate to cute them up... that's why I luv photo copying them.. and you can take a sweet photo copy of a hanky,,, transfer it onto fabric... and then not feel guilty using it for crafting.. I have a luv affair with hankies and vtg. linens....

Posted - Sep 20 2015 : 5:42:11 PM Mary Jane, I took a quilt class called Hanky Panky by Cindy Brick. We used hankies and other embellishments to make them. We swapped pieces of hankies with each other for the colors we wanted. Cindy wrote a book about it. Such fun!
