50lbs of apples (1 bushel of mixed seconds)= 14 1/2 quarts of applesauce, 3 quarts & one 1/2 pint of apple butter, 4 1/2 quarts of apple jelly, 4 trays of apples in the dehydrator and 10 half pints of red pepper/apple jelly = YUM YUM YUM!

(We bought these this past weekend and I made the sauce, then used the apples from the jelly batch for the butter and the red pepper jelly is from apple cores/peelings! The apple jelly is a very pretty pink from Arkansas Black skins!)

Yeah!
