Posted - Nov 29 2006 : 12:30:12 PM So I stopped in my favorite little thrift store on my way home last night. I always like to look there this time of year for ornaments. Have found some really old ones there in the past. Well this year I bought a bunch of old Christmas cards- some over 50 years old to send out to people this year- call it my vintage year! Anyway as i wandered down the isle I noticed some dishes in a box. They were marked $5.00 and there was 4 dinner plates 6 sandwich plates and 6 saucers. I picked one of the beautiful soft pink plates up and turned it over- sure enough they were FIESTA ware! I couldn't believe my luck. I just adore fiestaware, and have several pieces already. Of course I bought them and the whole way home I was so happy at my find! Will take some pictures when I get home tonight and post them for you to see. Yippee for me!
