stopped in at glovers' station today to see how bare my booth is after being gone almost a month ... a buncha' smalls ... large tavern table and pictures, books and baskets sold .. and i think a cupboard and door sold today too ... didn't have too much time to roam looking to see what the other dealers had brought in .. but did discover three olde ticking pillow cases. one is red/white/blue .. one is a wonderful shade of blue and white. got those! have to take tons of stuff over there for december and january! lordy .. i sure do love antiquing! xo

Oh I wish I was there to see those ruby dishes!! I bet you are good at fixing up a nice table, wish we could see a picture.
Frannie, I have the dolls you made me on my blog, chick on the November date on the side, A lot of the pictures I posted are already in the archives. Gald to see you are back with us.

Ooo! Frannie -- wish I could help you restock your booth -- that would be so fun! I love arranging 'stuff' -- it's what I do at our little consignment shop at the Historical Society. Today I'll be working behind the desk during our open hours, so I'll go in a bit early to rearrange the center table, making it seasonal. Some pretty, delicate blue and white dishes came in last week and I think I'll do a winter setting: those soft blue and white dishes, some crystal, some snowy white things, set atop a lacy runner or two atop a soft blue tablecloth. We have ruby red dishes, cups, saucers, vases plus petal white dishes displayed along with silver things across the big buffet. And the old church pew display has red-red tidbit trays, cake stand, santas, red-white checked linens, etc.
Here I go again! Running on and on. Forgive me, Frannie!
