Well tomorrow is my last day to get everything done on my 'to-do' list. .. and then Wednesday I fly back to Spokane, WA... and Thursday I head over to Elk, ID., for 4 days of Glamping with my BGFF (best glamping forever friends)
I will be in Idaho the 23-27 (driving down with Karen aka kpaints)then the rest of the time in Spokane until 8/3... then back home to the mountains of Central Calif.
I will have a hubby and a arm full of kitties waiting for my return... 
2 weeks is just not long enough to get everything I want accomplished!

OK, Farmgirl sistas... I am turning the ol' 'puter off and heading to the airport... I'll be back in 2 weeks...with all kinds of Grammie stories and glamping stories to share.. or bore you all to tears! lol!
I will try to poke my head in when I have time or internet access..

Peggy, I will tell Karen you send her greetings....
Just got off the phone with my daughter a bit ago,, and she said it is uber hot.... Thank goodness I store clothing and nacessities in containers in her basement,for Winter, Summer and Spring/Autumn...
I just grab my carry-on bag loaded with goodies for my grandkiddos,,,and head to the airport... :>)

Have Fun Grace...I love Riverside State Park. I spent many a day just wandering there and sitting by the river...from
High School through my early 30's when we moved here.
My mom still lives there and my sister in law lives in Elk, WA but the rest of the Family have gone home to the Lord.
Mom said it has been really hot and windy. Take lots of cool summer clothes.
Tell Karen that Peggy Smith said hi. I've never glamped before but know her from Mail Art.

Will do (Karen hug)... as for going Solo,, it is truly relaxing,,, I have done it twice now... at Riverside State Park (where you camped w/us)... I have pulled in 2 days before the Glamping gals were due to arrive.. It's nice to have quiet time to ones self, not to mention take my time (no interruptions) setting up my trailer and it's decoration... but by day 3 I am ready for a little company.... :>)

Awww, geez! You get to go glamping with your friends, AND Karen! I'm SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO jealous!
My glamping partner, "Birdie" is back in Arizona and goes back to work a week from today! It'll be next summer before I can go out with her again!
AND, there is really no one around here who's up to going with me. I AM thinking about going solo in August, but we'll see!
Give Karen big hugs from me, okay??
