Had a great hike seeing the ice caves on the lake. I made the trek with my sister in law. Walked about 6 miles on the lake. It was about 18 degrees with a bitter wind. We bucked the wind on the way back.

Posted - Mar 04 2015 : 3:21:40 PM that was one of about 40 pics i took that cold hike! We had been there in the summer a few years ago, in the sea kayaks. so it was pretty neat to see it all again in a different season.

Posted - Mar 02 2015 : 5:17:03 PM WOW! That IS beautiful, Michele! But girl-oh-girly you are a better woman than me! It has been anywhere from 25 degrees down to the negatives for a couple of weeks now, and you won't catch me going out of the house, even if it's just to go to the grocery store! LOL! I bet it was a breathtakingly beautiful hike, though. I'm so happy you and your sister-in-law had a wonderful time taking in God's beautiful gift of nature! Stay cool, sister, but keep warm! Hugs - Nini
