Happy Halloween! Hope you all enjoy the day.

My daughter entered the county fair pumpkin contest last weekend. Here is the "cow" pumpkin she created, complete with milk bottle and udders. It did not win (beat by a piggie pumpkin), but I think it is so cute and creative! it's very farmgirl, don't ya think? The other picture is me and my "lil' dog, too", dressed up for my neighbor's Halloween party. She requested I bring him. After he was passed around the room and had a grand ol' time, I brought him home, then went back. Thought my farmgirls friends would like a Halloween giggle. Happy Halloween...love my farmsisters!

Nicole

Thanks, farmgirls! I am done with Halloween. Went to my neighbor's party the weekend before, as pictured above. Then Friday, I had friends for dinner for Halloween, so I made a trough of pumpkin chili. We went trick or treating (three families) until we were all dragging our feet, lol! When we all back to my home, another family stopped by, so we had all ages at our house eating chili and halloween candy until 11! I am going to be so sad when my daughter is too old to do this...we have so much fun the parents and kids, all together. It's great to see everyone that lives around us as we trick or treat. My neighborhood makes me feel like it's the "old timey days" when families did things like this. Great community.

Saturday, I hosted my girl scout troop and their moms for another Halloween party, and dd made me dress up in my old witch costume. So, I'm packing up the decorations and am ready for the next holiday, lol.

Farmgirl Hugs,
Nicole
