I know many of you remember Elizabeth and her brave journey with her sweet angel Jacob, who died last year at the age of 8.
Thought you would like to see what this STELLAR family did to honor him for his birthday this year. I am so touched.

What a testament.
God Bless this sweet family

How touching! Remembering with joy doesn't make the loss go away, but it a treasure for all who loved him. Making it a joyful day for themselves and others is honoring the memory.
My husband lost both a sister and brother as young adults and his family almost never spoke of them after that. How sad!

What a wonderful way to show his siblings how to remember their brother. I remember the journey as Elizabeth posted his treatments and hospitalizations. Prayers and heartfelt love as they continue on life's journey.
