So my plane just landed at 6am on Friday from a trip out to Seattle (we're in Indiana), where I interviewed for an internal position with the huge company I work for. I got a call at 6pm that I did very well and would be receiving a job offer!!!! I will be accepting this offer without a doubt so WE ARE MOVING TO SEATTLE!!! This is a 2300 mile move for us. My husband has never even been there. I'm overwhelmed, thanking God repeatedly for answered prayers, and am just in awe. And a cool little factoid - I'll only be 4 hours from MaryJanesFarm, which means I can drive over for a visit!

Anyway, just celebrating this HUGE blessing in my life. It will be 4-6 weeks before we go, but I have SO much to do!

Congratulations! I'm about 20 miles east of Seattle and love it here. Welcome to the great Pacific Northwest!

Congrats on your new job and the move to Seattle! My daughter and her family were stationed in Seattle and I loved it!!! I would go there in a heartbeat!

A rind is a terrible thing to waste. Compost.

When they had all had enough to eat, he said to his disciples, “Gather the pieces that are left over. Let nothing be wasted.”

Congrats Rachel!
Hope you get to stay for a good long while. Sorry, I did not get back with you, been a little under the weather.
Good luck on your new adventure!
