Oh girls...I was so blessed today! I received a Farm girl package!! I have not been on MJ S for the past few months, due to health issues with my best high school girlfren and my sweet lil daddy..they both passed away within 2 weeks of each other..so have been away ..then brought my dad home..we had hospice ..but he only lived another week..but.. we did get him home per his desire..the saddness has been overwelming!..That being said..I was so surprised to open my package ..it contained.a precious cross pendant and 2 of the lil sweet crocheted dress pot holders that I have been collecting...at a time when I was so down..Farm Girl..Loretta Barnes blessed my heart..at this time...I thank you sweet sister for your random act of kindness! I have been involved in several swaps..but never received any from my partners...BUT..this made up for all..just because Loretta remembered I had asked if anyone had any lil dresses..again thank you for a sweet , thoughtful, wonderful surprise..Blessing my friend..Shirl

Nini and Brenda..thank you for caring and your prayers. I pray that my lil mama will eventualy feel comfort in that Dad is not struggling for life and that he has indeed seen our sweet saviors face! So sorry you lil mama has had so many hurdles, Brenda. You will both be in my heart and prayers. Again.. thank you Nini, Brenda, Daizy, Shannon, and Loreta for caring..farm girl hugs to you all.

Shirley, I can sure relate to your plight. My Dad passed away almost 4 years ago and my Mom is still struggling with the lost. They were also married 60 years. Her health isn't the best and it sure is difficult to keep her in good spirits. I can see her going down little by little each incident makes it more difficult for her. A mini stroke, then a broken wrist, now infected bursitis in her elbow that is almost healed up now. Take comfort in God to help you. He sure is a comfort and help to me and my siblings. Will put you and your family in my prayers. Brenda

Miss Lotetta...again I haven't been on here..my lil mama is struggling to deal with the loss of her honey of 60 years. I cant be with her all the time... I do understand trying to find time..to connect or anything else...I too think we were meant to "connect".! I feel truly blessed by your kindness! I thought of you the moment I saw them. I have not been on here much either, and it is just that day to day life has somehow over-run my every waking moment. I have not taken time to connect here or anywhere else for that matter. Maybe it was meant to be that those two little dresses brought us both back here for a little support from our fellow Farm Girls! My heart broke when I heard of the loss you have endured and it was my pleasure to deliver a little sparkle and a reminder that we are out here and we think of you!

Shirley - My heart is breaking for you! And yet soaring with you as well! I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your friend and your father! Yet what a blessing from Loretta!!! The LOVE from everyone towards one another is such a blessing!!!! I will surely be praying for you!!!

Oh no, Mz Shirley,
I am so sad to hear of your loses. I know that they are in Gods kingdom with their Maker but it always leaves those of us down here hurting. You will see them again....in Gods time. May they rest easy now.
Your RAOK from Mz Loretta is just the sweetest thing. It is always amazing to me when these MJ Farmgirls go above and beyond and give of their hearts. It makes others lives so much richer. Good job Mz Loretta.
