Dumb question :) This belt was on a pair of pants I got at a rummage sale. . .and I don't know what it is!! :) Any ideas? Thanks!

I can think of two types of buckles that would work with that. I can picture them in my mind but, unfortunately, I can't come up with a name of the what buckle they are. It could work with certain designs of cowboy buckles where the buckle hooks directly onto the other piece and holes wouldn't be needed on either end. Wish I could think of the names and provide pics. If I come up with that info I'll post it here.

It looks as if it is missing the buckle and the buckle hook maybe.
