Wahooo! I am going to be a Brides maid... 
Wahoo,,, I have an excuse to go dress shopping... as if I need one! lol!
My dearest long time friend, who has been a widow for the past 16years has met a most wonderful guy who adors her,, and now there will be wedding bells in their future.
At 62 she is going down the isle, with love and support of her family and friends... and since I meet her a year after her 1st marriage,,, I will not only get ot be there and be happy for her but I get to be a part of her special day too! I am so very lucky and honored... and now to go find a perfect dress to wear...

I am so happy for her... she is the bestest of the best...
I am also throwing her a Bridal shower... it will be 'No Gift'.., but instead of a gift,, the attendees may bring a bottle of wine for the soon to be married couple's wine collection.
I am so excited to hit Hobby Lobby for their party event goodies... :>)

I am so happy for my dear friend,, as I mentioned she has been widowed for 16years and the sweet man she is marrying is also a widower of 4 years... they have a 2nd chance at happiness... and I get an excuse to buy or sew a new outfit! heeheehee...

OMG. I thought when you were past 25 years old you were no longer going to have these crises! What to wear as a matron in a maidenly position? that is not a comfortable place to be especially if you are me and 75+ pounds overweight...
I feel for you sister. I am sure you will be able to navigate these unfamiliar waters much better than I, and if not, you have my prayers!
