Two treasures in my Sewing/Craft Room that I display my precious pin cushion collection. My farmgirl friends/sisters are always sending my vintage and new cushions to add to my collection of sewing notions.
Enjoying blogging again, I post pictures better than I can write, oh well!

Oh, no, you don't want to see my room right now!!! What a mess!! LOL!! I have several quilts in progress hanging on the project wall that is an entire wall above the fouton. I have shelves crammed with fabric and yarn and rulers and cutting boards. It gives me a headache right now to go in there becoz I moved into my daughters bedroom about 6 months ago. It looks like a bomb went off in there but I am working on it every day to make sense of it all. I try to spend at least 30 minutes organizing and 30 minutes sewing. I said TRY... I have missed a few days. My hankies are hanging along the top of the project wall but I think I will be moving them soon. My pin cushions are on a narrow bookcase with three shelves. The sewing baskets are tucked in various places. I have misplaced a few of the pin cushions in the move but I know they are in there somewhere. Excuse me while I go get an aspirin.. I feel a headache coming on. LOL.

Hugs and prayers, Daizy

Wow, Daizy I did not think anyone could have a room like mine and so many collections! I can not seem to get enough of pin cushions or hankies, and there are just so many out there. We should do a trade together of a hankie and pin cushion. Would love to see some pictures of your room.
Hugs,
Debbie

Oh Mz Debbie,

We must be sisters!!! I have been collecting pin cushions since I was a small child and learned to sew. I also have a small cabinet and hang my hankie from a cord around the sewing area in my craft room. Much of the areas in you photos could be in my room. It is the best room in my home also. Love you SISTAH.. !!!!

Hugs and prayers, Daizy
