Posted - Feb 22 2014 : 5:22:56 PM Well it's still winter and I'm definitely wintered out. It's like this every year by the end of February (those of you who live in snowy areas know what I mean). Spring still seems so far away, usually it's not until the end of March when we begin to really see that warmer air settling in.
I'm curious how do you battle the winter blahs? I try to go to our local plant conservatory to walk amongst the greenery.

Posted - Feb 22 2014 : 9:44:41 PM Every time the sun comes out, I run out the door to soak it up. I try to take hikes in the woods to enjoy the fresh air and stay out of the wind. I go to the library and get books from my favorite authors. I also go to the bookstore and read magazines in the cafe while I drink a cup of hot chocolate. I do 40 minutes of exercise dvd's too to get in bicycling and gardening shape.
Hang in there AnneMarie, February is almost over with! Spring is slowly creeping up on us.
