Posted - Dec 16 2013 : 3:58:44 PM I have carols on the radio playing from right after Halloween to after New Year's. In the car, at home...all the time. I never tire of them. What is your favorite? I have two all time favorites: White Christmas by Bing Crosby, and Have a Holly Jolly Christmas by Burl Ives. It's even my phone ringtone during December. Drives dh crazy 'cause it is our morning alarm, too. I can still see Burl Ives as a snowman gliding across the tv screen on Rudolph...such a happy memory as a kid. What's your favorite song at Christmas?

Posted - Dec 22 2013 : 6:49:24 PM Love the Christmas in July idea, too, Sharon! I love how there's Christmas music nonstop on one of our radio stations here. I also plug my iPad into a speaker and listen to AOL holiday oldies or Pandora. Love Bing Crosby and Dean Martin singing any carols. I also like Mary's Boy Child by Bony M. Sounds old. And Mel, Grandma Got Run Over by a Reindeer makes me giggle still.
Merry Christmas, Nicole

Posted - Dec 16 2013 : 7:36:03 PM Nicole, I am just like you!! I listen to the car radio, I keep Christmas CD's in my car, from Nov. 1st till the End of January! I really hear a Christmas song from Oct 1st, because I play the Best of Charlie Brown CD for Fall and it has Christmas Time is Here at the end. I have a under the counter radio-Dc player in my Bathroom and Kitchen. We have music in every room of our house! If it is warm outside, I turn the radio on in the storage barn! LOL!! My favorite is "Little Altar Boy" by Karen Carpenter "Pretty Paper", by Roy Orbison "Carol of the Bells" and "Silent Night."
