On our second trip to north GA this weekend, we found *our* place. Rent is affordable, it is right on the side of a mountain in Clayton, owners are super nice and the house is lovely! Per the owners, we can have as much of the land to use as we like! We'll be moving in 2 weeks. We are so excited! We'll be meeting with real estate agents this week to put our property on the market...I do hope our great fortune continues!

Thanks ladies. Packing and working have been a bummer but we are all excited about getting there! I also found out that the Foxfire museum is only a few miles from our new place. WOOWOO....been wanting to go there for a little while!
