Posted - Feb 12 2013 : 04:40:36 AM So proud of my daughter.
Today is our homeschool co-op meeting, and my DD has an assignment in speech class. She has to give a "how to" speech that is at least 8 minutes long. My DD's topic? How to make the perfect cup of coffee, complete with homemade creamer.
And step one is: "first, you put on a lovely apron"
Oh Man, be still my heart! I am one happy Farm Momma! You go baby girl! Rock that apron and make the best cup of coffee!

Posted - Feb 12 2013 : 4:51:31 PM Thank you Ladies. She did such a good job. And she looked lovely in her apron, pink with roses and lace!
One of her friends did a speech on making a desert, and her blender broke and the liquid went everywhere. Poor thing, she also forgot to stir in two ingredients. She did her speech well, and had a good since of humor about it, but I think her main lack of luck was because she didn't were an apron! Aprons are powerful things!
