I'm glad Hank is ON HIS WAY. You'd probably be delighted to have him and all the kids in one place. The news about your father is bittersweet. I'm keeping you all in prayer, Frannie. Meanwhile, there's a lot of joy to be had, isn't there!...so, "take joy".
XO,
Ann

A circle it is indeed. I lost my mom on March 10, 2003 and gained a grandbaby on March 31, 2003. In the last three years hubby and I have lost two moms and, gained two girl babies. The secret is seeing the blessings of life as the years pass and hanging on to God's promises of life everlasting.

Love the label site. I will always love primitive, and have for 20 years! May it never go out of style.

hey gurlfren.. i'm still here in toledo .. honey hunk is heading this way RIGHT NOW! we'll stay until friday .. then head for home. we will spend next weekend at a civil war rendezvous (re-enactment) in perryville, ky. then by monday, i'll be back in my sweet little cabins. will be making lotsa' trips this-a-way for sure.

i spoke with hospice today .. they told me that my dad does continue to 'slip' .. but that he has absolutely amazed them all at his hanging on to life. she feels that he will probably go by aspiration (he does have some swallowing issues .. BUT .. she said he had a big lunch today .. all mushy .. but he did eat lots!) pneumonia could take him too she thought ... especially if he aspirates. my sister told me today that the doctor at the nursing home suggested that he NOT be sent to the hospital any more .. that anything that happens to him can be handled as well as the nursing home as at the hospital. She told me that unless he aspirates .. that death is not "imminent" .. but certainly near.

life is truly a circle. xo

Boy, Frannie, do I wish I'd known you last winter when I went nuts looking for prim labels. LOL You are an encyclopedia of PRIM!
XO,
Ann (did you get home to your Honey Hunk Hank, yet? If so, I know you're already missing the "kids".)
