What a beautiful afternoon on the Smith's farm
the sun is shining and the big puffy white clouds are sitting almost on the mountain tops.
we have had heavy rain over the last 2 days.
( which we really needed; thank you Lord)
it is so good to see the sun again
the weather is getting cooler and Fall is coming this weekend .
Yippe for Fall, hugs

Sheila, I looked at your blog, and girl you have been busy. Good looking stuff. Busy hands-Happy Heart! You are blessed to be so talented. I am working on a quilt and I do aprons, and I embroidery. I work alot outside, and just about have my list of todos almost accomplished. I say next year 2013 is the year of my yard. Don't want a lot of flower beds, just would like to make some things a little better looking. Gotta clean up summer garden and get ready for the fall garden. Not gonna have to much this year, I am possible having back surgery. I am returning to the dr in Oct and gonna plan it for end of Oct or Early Nov. Hate to mess up Holidays, but would rather have next year to be feeling better so I can work around the farm. Happy stitching and keep on turning out those beautiful things. Farmgirl #946 Linda

Happy y'all got the rain needed. Our temps are supposed to get down to the low 50s tonight. That is very odd for Louisiana. I will certainly be enjoying the cooler weather.
