My main motivation is to keep in touch with a good friend in Australia but there are others around the world I'd also be interested in "chatting" with.
Thanks for any information. Karin |

Posted - Jul 01 2012 : 6:15:55 PM It is a wonderful way to keep in contact with friends and relatives far away. After you have downloaded it there are NO additional costs. Only is you want to call someone (to a real phone I mean...not use the Skype chat) it costs some money biut way cheaper than phoning from a landline. I have it and added some money to my account for the few calls I need to make to the netherlands. Brother used it a few times and all the calls combined, which normally would have cost a lot of money were now peanuts.
Yes you do need a fast connection but if you have that it is a great way to see someone on the other side of the world *__*

Posted - Jul 01 2012 : 4:38:23 PM You really need to have a fast connection I tried with my daughter and it was so slow we had to give up. And if you are on an internet system that you have a maximum number of gigs allowed to download you will eat it up in no time. Diana
