Posted - Apr 01 2012 : 11:21:04 AM I am going to be a grandma (first time) Yip, yip, yip eeeeee!
While visiting my son and his wife in Gainsville Florida a few weeks ago I found this out and this is how I found out: (Sooo cute)
While staying with our son and DIL Charlene and Mike invited her parents over for dinner one evening, they had made chili for dinner. First they served the 2 granddads to be their bowls and then Chars mom and I, but instead of chili in the bowl their was a folded baby sleeper that said " I love my grandma" Well Karen and I started screaming and yelling leaving the 2 grandpas wondering!
I had suspected that Charlene was pregnant as she waws going to bed early and also said that she had leg cramps at night. I even approached my son and he said I was crazy! Yes I am crazy, crazy in love with the fact that I am going\ to be a grandma around October 15!
Just please dont mention this on facebook, they are not yet telling their friends! Only family, you are my family so I am telling\\ you! |

Posted - Apr 01 2012 : 8:09:02 PM Congratulations!!!!! I know how excited I was when I found out I was going to be grandma for the first(and Only) time. I bought everything I could find for the theme my son and daughter-in-law were decorating the baby's room. I sent boxes of stuff to them, but loved every minute of it.
