Your care package arrived, Mary Jane! As you can see, Rho is very interested in sampling backpacking rations but I have heard they are so good I may forget to share. I can't wait to try some of these copycat candy recipes in the issue of MJF, what a great idea and such great timing. Dabbing tears of joy with this beautiful hankie. Thank you!

Will do, April. So far, she has made a jack 'o lantern pillow lumbar support and a bejeweled purple candy corn purse. Happy fall, y'all!

So happy the pin cushion will be put to good use! Perfect timing, then, too! Hope your daughter loves being a seamstress - post some pictures of her creations when she gets them done, would love to admire! Have a wonderful month!

Thank you so much, April! Your beautiful handmade pumpkin pincushion and fat quarters arrived-- just last week, my daughter turned 7 which was just old enough to start taking sewing classes at fashion camp. Ever since she got back from her first lesson, our sweet machine has been working overtime punching holes in tracing practice worksheets and your gifts will be put to good use!

Mama Hen, Debbie F., I love this Susan Branch book! I can't wait to make myself a cozy tea and pore over the beautiful lettering, art, and ideas. Did you pick a dark colored dishcloth because you know how hopeless I am with lifting stains off lighter fabric? Hehe.

You both are on the top of your game with beautiful bookmarks, cards and festive wrapping paper. I am so inspired. Thank you! Thank you!

Debbie, Beauty-Filled Ladies, Thank you for such a beautiful month of being loved on. Was a hard month for our family, so I'm forever grateful. God works in miraculous ways. All in his timing. XOXO

I would like to nominate someone who hasn't yet been nominated as FGOTM. Someone who is fairly new to our forum and yet so very active in our Henhouse. Always commenting, complimenting and encouraging fellow farmgirls, fellow wildflowers. Christine, Bellepic! I so look forward to getting to know you better! I hope you enjoy an amazing October as being our FGOTM!!

Thank you, Dianna, for the lovely fall package received today, I love the cozy feeling you sent with the cookies, tea and mug, it will give me reason to slow down and indulge in some self love. The highland cow tshirt reminded me of my roots and my daddy - I adored the highland coo's even before I knew I was scottish! And, Knomie, oh my sweet goodness - I named him Bellbottom! Thank you for your thoughtfulness. XOXO

Debbie F, Thank you for the sweetest highland cow package, notebook, pen, earrings - you know me well... a paper whore thru and thru! Giggle! Such a beautiful scottish reminder of my daddy. We didn't find out we were scottish until prior to his passing via an ancestry dna kit. Both my grandfathers were adopted, so we have limited family history. The highlands are so beautiful! xoxo

Julie,

Thank you for my package, so loved the little antique shilling mustard tin with fall decor on top, just so darling! The rosemary candle and the quilted table runner is so beautiful! Did you make it? I love it, thank you! And, thank you for your beautiful letter, I loved hearing about your grandfather. WWII definately changed the lives of our soldiers and impacted our families for generations. Such sacrifices. Thank you, Julie. xo

MaryJane,

Thank you for the three Ready. Set. Eat. meals. I can't wait to try them! Your card and peachy keen tea were so sweet and I appreciate the beautiful FGOTM certificate. THANK YOU for creating this beautiful forum, this farmgirl community, cultivating the love and likes and friendships between us when we are all spread out so far. I'm so grateful I picked up your magazine so many years ago, I believe it was the issue and year you introduced the farmgirl mail art! Thank you, Mary Jane! XO

Vanessa,

Thank you for your sweet and thoughtful package, too! It smelled lovely with the pumpkin spice sachets, I took one to my office and one of my sales men walked in and says: WOW! it smells like fall in here! LOL! Men! Thank you for the festive autumn towel, caramels and teas. Really loved your bracket county news paper as well, your county seems so family friendly and full of community. Rest in peace, Judge Walton. Thank you, Vanessa! xo
