I just have to share this with somebody and I'm the only one on the farm today so you ladies have to listen to me brag for a bit. I started Weight Watchers in August (IT WORKS!). I started out at 180lbs and this morning I weighed in and my current weight is...(that was the drum roll in case you were wondering) 145.8 lbs. WOO HOO!

Hoorrayyyy for you VICTORIA! You go GIRL~ WW definately works. I did it several years ago and lost 20 pounds (of course I found them again) but that is my own fault. LOL I just got a new treadmill a few weeks ago, so I have started a daily exercise routine- which really makes me feel so much healthier! Its amazing isnt is?
Keep us posted on your continued success. You look great in your pictures!

Thank you all. Joey, I would recommend Weight Watchers to anyone needing to lose weight. It doesn't matter if it is 5 lbs or 50 lbs. It works if you are willing to work with it. I did it all online because I just don't have time to go to meetings. I was afraid I would not stick with it because it was online and not actually weighing in with people. Actually, even working online you catch yourself thinking of it as a person. The program sends you cheers when you lose, 'pats on the back' if you don't and words of encouragment if you gain. I had gained 1 lb a few weeks ago. It sent me messages like don't give up, alot of reasons can be the cause of a gain. It really is a great program. I will tell you it wasn't until I decided to lose the weight for me that I actually did it. I had tried other 'diets' but they did not work and I think alot of it was because I did not want to lose for me. I always thought others looked at me like I was a fat tub and I needed to lose weight for them. One day it hit me, if I don't lose this weight I'm going to die of a heart attack or stroke. I enjoy life too much to give up one second because of my own weakness. Good luck too you and you can do it. I can not begin to tell you how much better I feel. I did take a second look at the before and now pictures I posted and I thought wow I have a neck now.

Trying to get some things done around the house but stopped for a bite to eat and just had to check in. Thank you ladies. I feel like that progresso commercial "THEY FIT!" It's kind of funny because I have not had to go buy new clothes I'm just working my way back down. When I fit back into those size 4 jeans I've been holding on to for the past 6 years I'll post a full body picture. And yes I will expect much praising. I have such a since of accomplishment right now. I have actually lost 5 more pounds since that now picture. I went shopping a couple of weeks ago, not to buy just to try. It was the first time in years I didn't leave the store in tears swearing I'll never eat again. When I lost my first 10 lbs I was hooping and hollering in the bathroom and my husband was busting up laughing. I asked him what he was laughing about and he said he remember sitting in that same spot about a year ago when I stepped on the scales and realized I had put on those ten pounds and I was hooping and hollering then but it sure had a different tone to it. Well, I'm off to finish outside. Thank you again for sharing in my happy day.

Love the pictures and you look so happy, as well you should. Maybe I should get over my blase attitude and get with the program. One of my friends just started WW last week and lost 5 pounds. I told her not to worry, I found them for her!

Thank you ladies. I have been really surprised that it has not been that hard to do. I have "tried" so many diets and after the first week or two I just gave up. I think because I was having to eat what someone else was telling me to. And I don't know about you but I can eat only so many salads and dry chicken breast before I need a big old juice steak with a bake potato. On WeightWatchers I eat what I want to eat I just have to watch how much and kind of share it around the whole week. If I want a bowl of Cheerios for dinner I can. Or left over pasta for breakfast I can. I don't feel deprived at all. Here's a before and now picture.

I still have about 20 lbs to go. I'll keep you updated.

WTG, girl! I'm really impressed. You started at about what I weigh (178) and I'm beginning to feel like that's where I'll stay for the rest of my life.
