I got an e-mail today that stated one of my on-line articles had made it to the front page of a site I write for. I haven't been writing much over the last year, so this was a shock.
If you go to www.helium.com, my article is "The best low-cost gifts from the heart for Valentine's Day." I wrote it a year ago, so I am sure it needs fine tuning again. But what a shock this was today. I've been writing for helium since May of 2008.
Maybe I need to push myself to write more this year....

KRISTINA! Being published is such an honor. Don't you love the little adrenaline kick it gives? Can you mention all of us in your speech of the little people you knew way back when, before you were a pulitzer prize winner? All kidding aside, congratulations on your article. It is well deserved.

Thanks, I have to admit, I was totally surprised. I guess I haven't put my writing up on the priority list lately, and should be.
