Christmas is here! Time to stop fussin' about what didn't go as planned, what ya didn't get done and the whole rest of the fussin' 
Take a deep breath and open your eyes to the beauty of Christmas. The simplicity of candle light, the favorite decorations, the merriment of family, the happy tidbits from your oven and pantry, the beauty of the nativity, if you have one and the gentle joys of the season.
I've got a hot pot of spices simmering, the lights all lit up, the music on and dark chocolate and fig mini cakes in the oven. When I die, I hope that heaven smells just like this! (assuming I wind up there  )
I just wanted to sit down and write a wish for joy and glad tidings, peace and many blessings to each and every one of you and to your loved one as well! From this little blue house on the Palouse to your homes where ever they may be I wish you a Merry Christmas

and from 80 degree Florida--- All the best to Farmgirls everywhere!! Up on the rooftop Reindeer pause... Out jumps good ole Santa Claus, down throught the chimney with lots of toys, All for the little one's Christmas Joy!!!! Ho, Ho, Ho!!!
Speaking of stockings...... I have my Christmas Stocking Swap from FarmGirl Luanne patiently waiting . I am so EXCITED!!!! Luanne, are you out there??? I know you said you were going to be in Vermont. Maybe you have snow???? We made a FArmgirl pledge to wait until Christmas morning to open our swaps and it is FINALLY getting here. The anticipation is so sweet and I feel like I am 12 again. LOL!!
Annika, thanks for starting this greeting thread. I bet your house does smell wonderful!
