Posted - Dec 23 2011 : 08:56:21 AM I finally had a moment to myself and indulged with reading one of my 3 favorite magazines,,,,(MJF, Victoria, Horse&Rider) In the Jan/Feb issue of Victoria there is an article on Women Entrepreneurs....on page 50/51 it's about Erin Benzakein of My.Vernon,WA. I love the article about stepping out in faith to do what you love and how sometimes it comes about in the most un-expected way! On page 51, in the last paragraph Erin states: "I heeded the advice of organic guru, MaryJane Butters, who suggested that rather than branding a logo or name,, I brand myself." What a wonderful bit of advice to share..... One of the things I love about MaryJane & this forum,,, it's all about Women supporting Women.... after all, if we don't,,, who will! Hugz & Merry Christmas

Posted - Dec 23 2011 : 4:07:50 PM I'll say a hardy AMEN to that. I've been going through something stressfull for a while now and my farmgirl sisters have loved and supported me through it. This is an awesome place to meet like minded women even if we are so very different and from different places.
Excuse the mess & the noise, my children are making happy memories |

Posted - Dec 23 2011 : 4:05:14 PM Lorraine, I am still new to the forum but I admit I feel the same way. It is such a great feeling to feel the support and love from all our MJ sisters:)

Posted - Dec 23 2011 : 1:28:36 PM I agree. It might sound corny, but I can truly feel the love when I'm reading this forum. And you're correct - what great advice. I'll have to get that issue of Victoria. I go back and forth about whether I want to subscribe or not. So many magazines, so little time...
Wishing everyone a joyous Christmas!
