Posted - Nov 26 2011 : 05:38:09 AM I went out in search for a proper storage unit for my records, and found a record storage cabinet. I found it at a thrift store! I am super excited that I didn't have to build one too. Anyone else still play records? My kids really think I'm nutso.
(I have a photo of it on today's blog post too).

Posted - Nov 27 2011 : 6:44:24 PM We've got both a record player and a four track reel-to-reel player in our living room. My husband buys the records and then immediately records them to R2R so they don't wear out from repeat plays. (Yeah, he's a little obsessive.)
I like having the record player. My parents had one in the kitchen when I was a teenager (?)and I used to play their old Beatles and Kinks records while eating my cereal before school. |

Posted - Nov 26 2011 : 06:59:55 AM I have some LPs and would play them if I had a record player. Had one before our house fire and lots of LPs too. Haven't made the effort to replace player. We DID play them lots pre-fire. CJ
