You can either call your internet service provider and ask for help "setting up your email with outlook express." They pay tech support to walk you through things like that. I didn't realize it, until last time it was in for repairs. I can't even watch tv without it, as I use an online tv-guide {laughing}. Hope you get up and running soon! Ruby - sister #3597
