magnoliakathy	Posted - Sep 18 2011 : 08:07:42 AM Farmgirls, I finally talked DH into going to a hands-on soalr energy class. I have had us signed up since June, and had to reschedule once. We leave at 11 am to go to Animal Farm in Cat Spring, Texas. Animal Farm is one of those farming communities that you hear about, but I never knew this existed in Cat Spring, where my folks have lived for over 25 years. I have been trying to talk DH into going solar for years and I guess he got tired of hearing me and gave in, or the summer electric bills were his wake-up call. There is RAIN in our forecast and DH says we can just get wet, after all we were made wash and drip dry.
