Posted - Sep 11 2011 : 07:04:23 AM Dear Farmgirls, I was encouraged to make sure our USA flag was on display today. Our pole broke so I can't hang it from that anymore. But, we have an 8 foot game fence separating our yard from the fruit orchard in front of our house and I decided it was as good a place as any to hang my flag and it's right out by the road that goes by the house. It's about 3' x 5' and the trees behind it are those luscious dark sweet cherrie.
GOD BLESS AMERICA!!! CJ

Posted - Sep 12 2011 : 12:22:05 PM Ours hangs on a wooden fence. I love looking at it. Even the hummingbirds hoover around it. I love the pictures of all the flags. Thanks. Marly

Posted - Sep 12 2011 : 06:24:26 AM Mine hangs from the front porch, we built our home with HFH 10 years ago, we were in the middle of the build and 9-11-01 the flag went up before another nail was put in. Just because the home was not ready for us to live in, I could not stand the thought of not supporting my nation. We fly our red, white and blue- every day! Light on it at night!
