Yesterday I was trying to get the boys all finished up with school for the week (we homeschool year round), and I was kinda crabby because math was being a total pain in the neck, and getting antsy because I knew I still had to make lunch. My husband happened to be home (day off of work) and was upstairs but I thought he was into his own thing. I finally get the kids through math and I'm thinking the day is totally dragging along (we still had a ton of stuff we had planned to do) but we decided to take a break for lunch. Well....we come upstairs from the basement (where we do school) and LUNCH was waiting for us! My hubby had made us yummy grilled ham and cheese sandwiches with homemade pickles and chocolate chip cookies for dessert. AND he made my oldest son a totally different (but equally as yummy) meal because he just got braces and his mouth is so sore.

What a sweet guy! :)
