Hello ladies I havent been on for a while for different reasons. One, the computer went haywire...as you can see it is fixed. Second, I have been layed up with back problems I will find out the results of the MRI tomorrow...And last since I have been layed up I havent been able to work much so today I went into work and was called into the office and told I was taking to much time off and had to sign a letter stating I need to find someone to fill in for me when I am off work. And it could lead to termination..well I got upset and told them I didnt ask for this to happen to me and it was beyond my control. Well they didnt like my responce and asked if it would be better for me to leave and gegt unemployeement...I said NO....Well when I said that they also asked what was going to happen at the DR. visit on Thursday...I told them I didnt know....well they are waiting to see what the Dr. is going to tell me and make a decision to terminate me...I am the highest paid Instructor there and I think they are just trying to find a way to get rid of me so they dont have to pay out as much as they do for my salary..They did that to another instructor just about 6 months ago...But there is a siver lining to this gray cloud...I am considering opening my own Nail Tech School...and teach and run the place..it will take alot but I know I can do it..And I have a wonderful client that said she would co-sign a loan for me if I decided to do it....Sorry for the long come-back..But you ladies always make me feel better when I am down

Welcome back, and I am sorry about your back. I can't (well I can) believe that they would harass you in such a manner when you are not well!!! If it was not meant to be, it was not meant to be, and like you said "there is a siver lining to this gray cloud". I hope that however things may work out, you are one day able to open your Nail Tech School. Until then I pray for the best of health for you and no more headaches with your job!
