Just doing a few last minute "tweaks" to the house, which included complete restoration and revitalization of the 1/2 bath downstairs-WHEW!

My back hurts, my knees are killing me (Bishops knees/Washerwoman's knees)and my fingers are all pruny (constant immersion in soapy suds) but the count-down has begun with...

Only FOUR more days until the "BIG PARTY!"

Can't wait....'cause then we can get back to normal i.e. finger smudges on the TV screen, hampers full of clothes, sink full of dishes and a whole herd of dust-bunnies!!!

Thankyou Alee and all the farmgirls for their productive suggestions about cleaning this old boat of a house from stem to stern! It helped me enormously!

I will take some photos of the "Gathering" on Sunday and post them next week-
