On Monday we came home to a " sorry we missed you" flier on our door. Our Internet provider had been bought out by another company. I guess they thought we would be home in the middle of the afternoon so they could hand deliver a new modem to us. I wish! Now we are without Internet and both companies are blaming the other. Good thing I have Internet on my phone or I would be really angry. Instead I am just plain angry ;). They have had over a year to get all this done. I don't see why they didn't just mail it to me. Silly Internet companies!

It seems like something like that should be Fed Ex'd or some where easy and close to pick up. I seem to stay fustrated lately at all large companies, just because customer service is just not what it used to be. Hope you get your internet soon.

Ugh. That would irk me too. I'm sorry. Why do these companies consistently inconvenience the customer? The sell/merger wasn't our idea, so why was our service/product interrupted or delayed? I'm very frustrated for you!

The tears I shed then, watered the flowers I harvest now.
