Estate sale this morning close to where I live. What a bunch of goodies I got! 
A bag full of laces,elastic,bric a brac,velcro,new shoelaces. A pair of pinking shears by Kleenkut,a vintage potato masher,(urban farm magazine has an article on how to make freezer jam & the instructions called for one of these)and what I believe is a felter. (white handled object) in addition to the bread maker (photo posted in the farm kitchen thread) All for $21. Wow.

That is a needle felter. I observed someone demonstrating how to use it at a Fiber Show making felted hats. Can't wait to start using one.

YES! i do believe that IS a felter! i saw Martha Stewart use one on her show...quite cool. LOVE finding finds!!!
